Hurricane Emily not in Costa Rica.

Hurricane Emily has affected parts of the Caribbean and is now affecting Cancun and Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.

It did not pass through Costa Rica and has not affected anything except perhaps a bit more rain than usual.

Costa Rica has been fortunate in that a hurricane has not passed through this country in over 100 years.

As with any weather disturbances be prepared for delayed flights out of certain gateways in the US. Travellers from
Europe who go through Dominican Republic or Panama should not have any problems.
